At HACI, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
