Standard delivery for smaller home decor items takes 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, please allow 7-14 business days as we use specialized white-glove carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, HACI ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Are HACI products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all HACI furniture includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. For large freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
